Matt Chandler's 'SLIP UP' - Matilda

Matilda is a young woman fleeing from a bad date. A good Samaritan, played by Joseph Taylor, tries to help Matilda, however when Matilda wakes up in the middle of the night, in a strange bed, she once again feels she has no choice but to try to escape. Can the good Samaritan persuade Matilda he means to cause her no harm before his friends arrive? Slip Up was shot on location in Cambridge and placed Third at the Lift Off Film Festival 2019. Matt Chandler's second NYFA film won Best Film at the First NYFA film awards in December 2021.
